Let’s cut to the chase. These aren’t your average light bulbs. We built these carbon fiber lamps for engineers who need heat, and need it fast. The Heat is Real
Here’s the thing. We run these at 400V, which lets us cram a ton of power into a small space. Think about a 300mm lamp putting out 2500W. That’s a lot of heat, and it comes on instantly. Because it’s direct resistance heating, you get precise control over the temperature. But with that kind of power, you need to plan ahead. Your machine’s cooling and thermal management have to be up to the task. Otherwise, things are going to get way too hot.
What’s Inside Matters
At the heart of it all is a carbon fiber filament, tucked inside a tough quartz glass tube. This combo is built to handle the stress of heating up and cooling down, over and over, without cracking. And the halogen cycle inside keeps the filament clean. That means the light stays consistent, and the lamp lasts way longer than a standard one. We top it off with an R7s connector. It’s a solid, double-ended connection that’s easy to wire up and stays put, even when things are shaking.
Built for the Workshop Floor
Out in the real world, these lamps are a simple swap for old, tired equipment. You’ll find them a lot in PET blowing, where that focused heat softens the plastic quickly and evenly. Their size is a huge advantage. They slip into spots where bigger heaters just can’t go.
