Material & Design
We chose quartz because it handles sudden temperature swings without cracking, and it stays crystal-clear for steady infrared output. Inside, the carbon fiber filament doesn’t just get hot quickly—it also takes the daily grind of heating up and cooling down way better than standard wire elements. Then we fill the whole thing with halogen gas. That helps slow down filament wear, so the heater lasts longer. And the R7s connector? It’s a straight plug-and-play fit for many existing fixtures, which means swapping one out on the line is simple. Less fiddling, more uptime.
Application & Benefits
This heater was made for jobs like PET blowing, where you need intense, pinpoint heat. Because it hits operating temperature in a flash, your cycles can run shorter. And thanks to its small size, you can squeeze in more heating zones without needing a bigger machine.
