Power, plain and simple
The 800W and 1200W options aren’t random. They’re chosen to match your line speed and the heat you actually need. You pick the wattage based on how hot you want to go and how wide your paper web is. And if you’re running thicker grades or pushing the speed? The 1200W gives you that extra muscle.
The secret is in the design
The carbon fiber element is the heart of it. It’s got high electrical resistance and jumps to life the moment you switch it on. The heat comes out as shortwave infrared—clean, focused, and just right for cutting through the water layer and pulling moisture right off the surface. The quartz envelope around it handles the shock of rapid heating and keeps everything sealed off from the environment.

On a paper line, you need heat you can bring close—without burning things. These lamps are compact, so you can build tight drying zones that feel precise, not fussy. Installation? Hook it to the rated power supply, point the lamp where you want it, and set the distance. Done. Just keep one thing in mind: with higher power density, you’ll want solid cooling and make sure the reflector is lined up. That keeps the heat even and prevents hot spots.
